- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Price may increase for printing of colours or formats other than those specified.
- Full payment of the invoice amount is required prior to dispatch of the completed order from our factory. We do not carry outstanding invoices or Accounts Payable.
- Where there is an error in the manufacturing process, you must notify us and return the full order to us within 30 days. Promo Print Direct will reprint the entire order at our own cost. Promo Print Direct does not issue credits or refunds.
- Promo Print Direct does not accept proofing errors as a manufacturing process error. Please carefully check all artwork prior to issuing approval to proceed. In the unlikely event that the error is of a typographical nature on commonly used text, we will reprint the order at our own cost.
- Promo Print Direct will recommend colours of print and printing processes. Promo Print Direct has the knowledge and confidence to do so based on many years of experience. If you choose not to follow our recommendations, we will not be held responsible for the final product.
- Promo Print Direct will not accept returns where the product or print is claimed as faulty when the product is not used as it is designed or intended. Promo Print Direct selects the best products available at the right price and we utilise the best method of print application based on the intended use of the product and the product substrate.
- We charge a flat fee of $25 (+GST) for freight, however we reserve the right to refuse an order where the cost of freight is prohibitive or a freight service is not available. Promo Print Direct does not ship overseas.
- Promo Print Direct accepts Mastercard, Visa or direct bank transfers as payment.
